Orders and requests for quotations
Orders or quotation requests can only be made using the contact form on this website. The user has the obligation to provide correct and as concrete data as possible regarding the desired project. SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL cannot be held responsible in any way for inconvenience caused by the user providing incorrect or incomplete information.
By placing an online order you express your desire and agreement to enter into a bilateral contractual relationship with SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL. An online order may contain one or more of the services that we sell on the site.
Orders can be placed by any natural person (over 18 years old) or legal entity by accessing the order form on the website or the email address/phone number.
The order form/email/telephone sent to us does not lead to the automatic placing of the order, nor does it bound us to perform that service for you.
Purchased services will be made available to customers as previously agreed. Also the execution time/cost and all additional details of the requested services will be previously communicated by SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL.
In case SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL consider a request or order as incomplete or incorrect, may ask the user for additional details using the email address or contract phone number provided by him or delete the request without any notice to the user.
Service payments and their costs. Invoicing and payment
Invoices will be issued through the SmartBill (S.C. Intelligent IT S.R.L.) invoicing platform. The Invoice/Proforma will be issued according to the data requested and provided by the client. The invoice will be sent online (The invoice is valid without the signature and stamp, according to art. 319 par. 29 of law 227/2015.), and on request it will also be physically delivered/offered.
The costs can be constantly updated according to price fluctuations, but also the campaigns run by SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL. The customer will pay the price offered at the time he requested the offer and will refer to the conditions sent at that time.
The costs of the requested services will be communicated by the Provider after the request has been submitted by the User/Customer.
Payment for the requested service can be made online (with the card directly from the invoice - without any additional cost), by bank transfer (to the account shown on the invoice). The client will have all the information regarding the invoicing method, but also the details of the company SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL on the invoice issued by the Provider.
The payment processor that will mediate the transactions between the Clients and the Provider is Netopia. Payments are secured so all your information will be safe. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard and do not involve additional costs for the Customer.
Service delivery policy
To be considered a firm order, the customer will pay in advance for the requested services according to the price offer sent by email or if there is a contract concluded between the parties, the contractual conditions will be observed.
The requested services will be online or physical delivery depending on the customer's request.
The delivery time of the services depends on the requested service, the language from/into which the translation is performed and the volume of the project.
The standard term of execution of written translation services for common languages (a volume of 1-10 pages) varies between 1-3 working days. If we refer to the languages not so often requested, for a volume of 1-10 pages the delivery term can reach up to 5 working days.
The exact term of execution will be communicated only at the time of evaluation of the customer's request and will be established by mutual agreement.
Service Cancellation Policy
Order sent to SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL using the form on the website, by phone or email is considered to be canceled if we have not received written approval for customers who have a contract previously concluded with SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL or the full or partial advance payment of the amount estimated in the offer has not been made.
Dispute resolution
Disputes can be amicably resolved or through the competent courts or through mediators. The European Commission has implemented an online dispute resolution platform available here.
Notifications and notices
SERVICII TRANSLITERA SRL reserves the right to send notifications / offers regarding the offered services as well as notices from third parties when they may be useful to users.
Final provisions
All users of this site are subject to these terms and conditions so accessing it implies acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Consitions described in this document.

Anyone has the right to not agree, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
